Cancellation & Refund Policy

At CubenSquare, we strive to provide excellent IT services, training programs, and software solutions. However, we understand that cancellations and refund requests may arise. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds across different services.

1. Training & Educational Programs

a) Cancellation Policy

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 48 hours before the training start date for a full refund.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the training has started.
  • If CubenSquare cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

b) Refund Policy

  • Technical Issues: If a participant faces technical difficulties accessing online sessions and reports it within the first session, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session.
  • Dissatisfaction Claims: If a participant is not satisfied with the training, they may request a partial refund within the first 2 sessions, subject to management approval.
  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend training without prior notice.

2. IT Services & Software Development

a) Project-Based Services Cancellation

  • If a client cancels before the project has started, a full refund minus transaction fees will be provided.
  • If a project is canceled after initiation but before 50% completion, a partial refund will be provided based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued if the project is more than 50% complete or delivered to the client.

b) Refund Exceptions

  • Service Delay: If CubenSquare fails to deliver services within the agreed timeline due to internal reasons, clients can request a full or partial refund depending on the delay impact.
  • Change of Scope: If a client changes project requirements after commencement, refunds will not be applicable, and additional costs may apply.

3. Payment Disputes

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Chargeback claims without prior discussion may result in account suspension.

4. Consulting & Advisory Services

a) Cancellation & Refund

  • Clients must cancel consultation bookings at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or missed consultations.
