• Provide technical assistance to students by responding to incoming service requests and live chat about the Red Hat Online Learning system
• Assist students with understanding our Red Hat Online Learning system and course content and course-related guided lab exercises
• Create virtual training and support instructors using live chat
• Collaborate with other members of the Red Hat training teams to resolve issues for our students
• Perform quality assurance (QA) tests on lab content produced by the Red Hat Training
• Continuously expand your knowledge of Red Hat’s solutions

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the enterprise IT industry

• Respond to live chats and other modes of support from remote exam candidates
• Assist examinees with questions related to setting up their hardware, internet, and space for a performance-based, remote examination
• Monitor pre-exam readiness status of upcoming exams and proactively reach out to examinees for setup assistance
• Follow up on customer queries with operations, information technology (IT), and curriculum teams and training quality managers when needed
• Manage simultaneous incoming chats, tickets, and calls effectively
• Identify and assess queries so that your response is in line with the Certification team’s guidance
• Provide accurate, valid, and appropriate solutions within a reasonable amount of time and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep accurate documentation of interactions and contribute toward building process repository

Required Skills:

• Upon completion, review individual exam deliveries that have either failed or been flagged for review e.g., notes from proctor
• Summarize each exam delivery from several standpoints including the customer experience, proctoring, support, and systems
• In order to do further analysis, tracking, and finding patterns, tag exam sessions for repeated issues, candidate complains, concerns, or comments, proctor and support observations, system errors, and missing session notes, support logs, or exam artifacts
• Contact the support team, the proctoring, and the application development team and get the missing information as and when required
• Ensure the exam sessions is being tracked accurately for the following key points the exam delivery stage and accurate categorization in case of failure
• Alert the concerned team in case of observation of a major issue
• Review candidate feedback on exam tasks weekly basis
